URUGUAYAN CRIOLLO (oo-doo-GWA-shan cree-OH-shoh).
Radio is the lifeline of those who live in the Interior of Uruguay. They count on it for the weather, for messages about who is in the hospital or not, and for local, national and international news. They even listen to see what has been lost or found. More than 1 million people who listen in the Interior of Uruguay are lost. Pray for F and L of Chuy, Rocha, and J of San Jose de Mayo, San Jose, who are involved in a radio pilot project (August to December) to evangelize and intentionally seek to start new outreach groups through their broadcasts. Both have been effective before with Christian radio programming, but now they are intentionally seeking to gather together interested individuals to begin studying the life of Jesus.
