General Instructions

Step One – When you are ready to make a gift of stock click CONTINUE that appears at the bottom of this page. It will take you to the “Gift of Securities Form Submission” page. This form is very important because it is the ONLY way we can identify you as the donor, the designation of your gift, and your address for us to mail Form 8283, which you will need when you file your Federal Income Tax.  Completing the form does NOT obligate you to make a gift of stock. It simply alerts us that a gift may be forthcoming.

Step Two – Click “review” to view the completed form and then click “submit” once you verify the information on the “Gift of Securities Form Submission” and you will have

1. access to the contact information for the brokers who process gifts of stock for the International Mission Board
2. instructions for mailing stock certificates directly to the International Mission Board
3. instructions for making gifts from your mutual fund portfolio to the International Mission Board
4. instructions for making gifts of commercially issued annuities to the International Mission Board
