To open a "Win-zip" file, that you have downloaded, you must find the location to where it was downloaded to, and double-click on the "Win-zip" file. While in "Win-zip" click the 'Extract' button. You will then be able to extract the file to anywhere on your PC. Find the location to where it was 'Extracted' to and double-click the file. It should open in the appropriate program.
