Born:
March 13, 1945, in Jefferson County, Ala.
Education:
Received the bachelor of arts degree from Samford University,
Birmingham, Ala., and the doctor of medicine degree
from the Medical College of Alabama, University of Alabama,
Birmingham. Attended Midwestern Baptist Theological
Seminary, Kansas City,Mo.
Prior
experience: Foreign Mission Board medical receptor in
Yemen; and an intern and resident at the University
of South Alabama Medical Center, Mobile, and was a physician
for the Cardiovascular
Associates in Mobile.
Previous
assignment: Language study, London, England, l978.
Current
assignment: Representative in Northern Africa and Middle
East where she serves as physician at Jibla Baptist
Hospital in Jibla, Yemen.
