DESCRIPTION

This request is especially for General Surgeons to fill in the gap while Baptist Medical Center's surgeon will be away for a year (July 2024 - June 2025). General Practice Physicians, Specialists in Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Anesthesiology, Anesthetists, Physician Assistants and Dentists are also needed. Baptist Medical Center in Nalerigu, has been providing medical care for Ghana's northeast region for over 65 years. The team now consists of Ghanaian physicians and Physician Assistants and other short term expatriate volunteers. While at BMC, volunteers are expected to help with ward rounds each morning in this hospital of over 300 beds and contribute as needed in the outpatient clinics which are held each weekday.
