Dabbawalas, meaning ‘one who carries a box,’ take a break from delivering lunch boxes to office workers. Roughly 4,500 dabbawalas collect and deliver close to 200,000 packages of food within hours in Mumbai with such accuracy, package delivery companies are coming to study their ways of working.
